Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of repair services provided by LuxuriousComputers Repair at 731 E Center St #200, Marion, OH 43302. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Services & Pricing
We provide computer and laptop repair services at flat-rate prices as listed on our website and in-store. Prices for common repairs include:
- Virus & Malware Removal — $49
- Speed-Up Tune-Up — $39
- SSD Upgrade — $89 + cost of drive
- RAM Upgrade — $49 + cost of parts
- Screen Replacement — $99 + cost of screen
- Data Recovery — from $99
- Full OS Reinstall — $79
- New PC Setup — $49
- Diagnostics — FREE
Parts (screens, SSDs, RAM) are quoted separately at cost. Complex or unusual repairs are quoted after the free diagnostic. We will always call you with a firm price before starting any paid work.
Free Diagnostics
We diagnose the problem at no charge. If you choose not to proceed with the repair after receiving our quote, there is no fee. You may pick up your device at any time.
No-Fix, No-Fee Guarantee
If we are unable to repair your device, you will not be charged for labor. Parts that have been ordered or installed at your request are non-refundable even if the underlying issue cannot be resolved.
30-Day Warranty
All repairs come with a 30-day warranty from the date of pickup. If the same issue recurs within 30 days, we will re-repair it at no additional charge. The warranty covers the specific repair performed and does not cover new or unrelated issues, physical damage, liquid damage, or software changes made after the repair.
Device Pickup & Abandonment
Repaired devices should be picked up within 30 days of notification. Devices left for more than 90 days after notification of completed repair will be considered abandoned. We will attempt to contact you at the phone number on file before disposing of or recycling an abandoned device.
Data & Privacy
We handle your device and any data on it with care. However, repairs sometimes involve data loss risk (e.g., hard drive replacement, OS reinstall). We recommend backing up your data before bringing in your device. We are not liable for data loss during repair unless caused by our negligence. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for that specific repair. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Used Equipment Sales
Used laptops and computers sold by us are tested and functional at the time of sale. Used equipment carries a 30-day warranty covering hardware defects present at the time of sale. Software compatibility and cosmetic wear are not covered.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of device pickup. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and Venmo.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Marion County, Ohio.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
